I typically prefer Noveske (own and have owned a few), but I was looking hard at this barrel for a build I'm going to do. Function and reliabilty/durabilty outweighs accuracy in this particular build I'm planning.
The similar Noveske is twice the $$. Seems pretty good for the money, no?

Looks good to me. Although personally I would go with the 14.7"

HPT/MPI and made by FN. I think there was a thread about this not too long ago though.

I can't attest to their quality but I'd rather spend the extra $41 and get a DD barrel.
