This is a DPMS 16" carbine , with an H-buffer. As you can see the brass is hitting the upper. Any suggestions?

I meant to put this in the AR/Tech thread,OOPS!!
Isn't this the same one we discussed about 2 week ago? If so, quite obsessing as long as it is functioning.
Have you had the chamber checked or reamed?

Have you had the chamber checked or reamed?Yes, this is the one and I finally figuired out how to post pics. I've read some of your threads one on "my AR is malfuntioning now what" and a picture post is good as well so I thought i would throw it on here. No, i have not yet got it checked for reaming. I shoot some m855 through it and you can tell it dont hit the upper as hard but the 193's hit hard and stove pipes.

If you have an O-ring on the extractor spring, pop it off.
Put a drop or two of your chosen lube on the ejector and cycle it a few dozen times.
Go shoot.
Might also want to check your action spring length.
Stop shooting 5.56 through it until you've had chamber checked. Does it do it with .223? Have you tried using a different buffer weight?

Have you tried using a different buffer weight?i will be shooting .223 soon and Iraqgunz suggested going with a H2 buffer and springco spring cause the DPMS is known for over gassed. I was posting the pic to show what it looked like and thought it would help. If Iraqgunzs would like to delete this post go ahead.
