I have this IOTV in Small with a neck and butt protector and matching Level 3 soft armor and I would like to trade it for either BALCS medium or large soft armor or a Low Vis carrier with BALCS medium - large soft armor. THIS WILL NOT INCLUDE ANY POUCHES OR MOLLE GEAR. IF you are interested I will sell for $550 shipped and will include all my ACU pouches to buyers only.
