After reading alot on this forum, I decided to compare my DD with my DPMS. I received my DD Tuesday and done field stripped it, 1st thing I noticed so far is the nut in the back of the receiver is stacked where on my DPMS was lock tighted. Gas key on the DD is properly stacked and on the DPMS needs to be stacked. I can balance my DD on my index finger where it hinges at where my DPMS is to far forward. The quad rail is a work of art on my DD compared to my $75 quad rail on my DPMS. It's not as bulky and lighter. I can see why now why I will pay an extra $300-$500 for quality. I would have never known to look for these features before reading stickies and such. Is there others tech. Features to look at to compare so I can improve my self on this platform?
