Where on earth did you hear that? There are only a couple of holdouts within DHS that do not shoot .40 as the issued round and they shoot .357SIG.....for now. This contract is to provide ammo to several different agencies within DHS, DHS/ICE/NFTTU is merely the centralized contracting/procurement arm for all DHS Agencies. This contract will provide .40 ammo for HSI, ERO, CBP-OFO, CBP-BP, CBP-AMO and the Coast Guard.
