A friend of mine had his car totaled by an illegal who had no license and insurance in LA area. He was questioned by police and allowed to walk away from the scene with a citation only.

This policy needs to be challenged on the grounds that it is discriminatory.

This same thing happened to my mother in Tarrant County TX. She now has something like eight ruptured disc in her spine. The illegal got a ****ing traffic ticket. :mad:

If the person that hits you is illegal the cops basically tell you that there is nothing you or they can do and tell you to file with YOUR insurance company.

The gov't can use the revenue to get out of debt.
