So, I took the 6933 out to the range Saturday and when I fired the first shot it didn't cycle. Perplexed I drove home and started checking everything I could think of. What I found was when I installed the gas block the hole wasn't aligned with the port in the barrel. It was seated as far on the barrel as it would go, but what I found was the handguard cap had a lip that protruded out around the barrel preventing the block from going far enough on the barrel, and a little is a lot. I ended up putting the handguard cap on my sander and completely removing the lip. I reinstalled the block, took it back out to the range and it functioned perfectly.
