Say what you will about the US's continued involvement in the country, the politics, or how it's all a lost cause. There's hope for that place as long as people like these Commando candidates at Camp Morehead keep volunteering.
From what I've seen, the Afghan Commando Kandaks are a competent, professional force that their trainers and countrymen can be proud of. There are rough days ahead for Afghanistan once the US pullout is complete, but if it all falls apart you can blame corrupt Afghan politicians, and not these soldiers.

ETA: Proficient as they are...I'm not sure shouldering a rifle like an overloaded donkey is the best explanation / method.
