LMT rail mounted front site ?

Has LMT upgraded their rail mounted front site? I have a broken one sitting here that I broke a couple of years ago. The aluminum clamping pad broke in two peices. I never sent it in for a replacement. I see several pics with the LMT front sight so I'm wondering if they fixed that bug.

I'm not trying to start any fights so please no BS or jumping on me. LMT makes good stuff. Just wondering if they ever got that worked out.

That isn't a problem which is seen very often, its more likely that you got a bad unit than it is likely there was a function issue with them.

mine did the same thing, I sent it back they replaced it and the new one hasnt seen any issues
