A friend of mine has a gen3 glock 21, which went back to the factory to have a new frame put on some time ago before he owned it.
Lately he's been having some failures to extract where the rim of the extracting case gets hung up on the case mouth of the next one in the magazine.
Jacking a round from the chamber is pretty hard to do, but can be done with some oomph. He's tried 2 kinds of factory ammo as well as as 50 or so handloads that have previously cycled just fine.
4 different magazines of varying age have produced the same results, a detail strip/clean has also produced no change in performance.
Any ideas what might be going on here?
