Form 2 Question

I'm a new 07/02 and did my first post sample conversion today. I'm completing the Form 2 and have a question. Which line does my serial number go? I understand that the factory serial number goes on Line 8g according to the directions and the original mfg info goes on 8b. MY model number seems to go on 8d. Where does MY new serial number go? The directions are not very clear.

Keep it simple. Just add your name, city, state. Use the original manufacturer's model and serial number. Don't mess up a firearm with unnecessary engraving.
