"S" marked M16 mags?

I have a few M16 magazines made by OKay Industries. They have green followers with an "S" printed on the top of the follower. Any idea what that means?

Wow, new one one me. Any ideas out there? I thought I've seen every GI mag out there, but I guess not! What are the dates on the mag bodies? Are they LE marked?

Only thing I can think of is Sanchez, which is a contractor that had made mags for the .Gov and IIRC correctly had somme issues with mags back in the late 90's but then sorted out there issues after switching from Black to the new green followers.
