Preventative MX, parts changes, how many rounds to check reliability?

What do you do to check reliability after preventative maintenance in your handguns? How many rounds do you shoot to check the parts that were upgraded or changed?

I am going to change the connector in my Glock 19 back to the OEM parts. The Ghost 5.0 Tactical connector has been in the gun since I purchased it a year ago and it really does not improve my shooting. All of my other Glocks are OEM and I wanted to try the Ghost Connector.

I plan on buying a Vickers Slide Release and Mag Release as well. Thanks in advance.

For a connector swap, 100-200 is all I've done. One training session or so.

Thanks for the reply. I am going to change out the connector and take it to the range tomorrow.

The Ghost has been a good connector, but it does not work better than the OEM for me.
