side sling loop for DPMS .308

Hello again; second post. I was wondering if there was a side-sling mount like on my Colt 6920 that would fit on the AP4 profile barrel of my DPMS LR308AP4. The barrel measures a bit larger than the Colt, so that probably wouldn't work. I just bought a Blue Force Gear VCAS sling for the Colt and want to get one for my DPMS. Any ideas? Thanks!

The Colt type will fit it. The barrel at the gas block on an AP4 is .750" same as the Colt 6920. I've worked on more than a dozen of them.
