HSGI Weesatch Plate Carrier I ordered this item only to find out it didn't fit me well. Never worn besides trying it on. Per SKD - All *NEW* version Wasatch and Weesatch models come with single bungee strap kits (not to be confused with our exclusive double bungee retainers) instead of velcro flaps-HSGI Bungee straps can be adjusted when installed, and provide a single bungee pull tab release for 2 x M4 magazines or 1 x M14 or AK type magazine. All pouches are still lined with loop velcro, allowing you to still use original velcro flaps, or the SKD Double Bungee Retainers. Include---> HSGI Shoulder Pads
