A run on barrel nuts and gas tubes?

I can't find mid length gas tubes and stock barrel nuts anywhere in stock online right now. I've searched high and low for both, all I've found is DPMS, and I am building something other than a paperweight/low-quality hammer. If I can't find a barrel nut, it's no big deal, just a good reason to get the NSR rail. But I need the gas tube.

Heres a gas tube.
it says mid length, then rifle length at the bottom, but I think its a typo, as you can clearly see the carbine and rifle lengths are out of stock.
Could be DPMS, but honestly I would have no problem using a DPMS gas tube. Most are probably re-branded anyhow.
