Ok here is my EBR. The upper is model-1 11.5” barrel w/5.5” flash hider permanently attached to the barrel to make everything legal. Since I wanted to keep the triangle hand guard, but still wanted goodies. Attached to the carry handle is a Tri-Rail mount. The scope is a colt(style) with a variable laser designator on the side. The green laser beam can be adjusted from a pin point beam, all the way to a decent spot light.

The lower is a DPMS with LPK of the same make. The butt stock and hand grip is the ATI strike force package. I also wanted to add a bi-pod to the setup. So I used a barrel rail mount. This is my first build, was looking to go with a semi retro flavor.

I used to have one just like it. A Black and Decker Workmate 425. I accidentally cut the son of a bitch in half with my circle saw. I saw something very similar to this on the Daily Member's hundred yard range today. The range where they only allow shooting off a bench rest. The owner thought he was such hot stuff he wouldn't even speak to me. Oh well. I've been snubbed by bigger wannabees than him. How high above the bore is that scope? You could shoot that thing off a bench and not need a chair.

Ok I had to wipe the tears from my eyes on that one! I mean honestly whats the point of building an SBR if you pin a 5" flash hider on the barrel? Honestly if I couldn't get approval to have an SBR I would take the longer bbl for some more velocity and energy downrange. But then again Im just a newbie at the ar.
