I don't know of anyone making such a tool, but I did find this interesting info on the differences of .308 Win and 7.62x51 NATO. It looks like Canadian Brad Brownes site but I'm not sure.

Does anyone make a 7.62 reamer, similar to M-guns (Ned's) 5.56 for 7.62?

I've recently seen a few "7.62 AR's" that won't extract ball when hot. I suspect tight chambers

If you're talking about DPMS, It's because they use a 308 reamer instead of a 7.62 Nato reamer.
One note to add, S.A. ammo is poorly made and is out of spec, thats why most have trouble with it.
To answer your question Yes there are several reamers that will handle all ammo that is in spec. the 95 Palma, 308 Palma, and my 308DMR.

Clymer 996 .308 Match?
This is supposed to be the defacto standard for comp semi-autos.

You might try getting a Wilson or RCBS precision mic and seeing what your cases measure in & out before you decide to improve or degrade your chamber.

There are differences between the .308 Win. commercial, SAAMI-spec chamber and the 7.62 NATO-spec chamber-- and they are pretty much along the lines of the difs between .223 and 5.56.

More than that I cannot say as almost all of my experience in chamber dimensions and how they affect pressures and reliability is with 5.56. Seems like some of the same issues would be there, though.
