The SR25 URX wrench is totally different (it's similar to the URX I wrench) it has four large lugs and is essentially a large deep well socket. You can't mount the gas block first like you can with it like you can the URX II/III/3.1
I own a URX, URX II/III and the SR25 URX wrenches as well as the KAC alignment block.

Robb is absolutely correct, the URX wrenches are not interchangeable between the different weapon systems. Also when removing the rail on a SR25 there is a certain amount of work that needs to be done correctly in order to accomplish this without potentially screwing up your gun or worse causing it to loose its accuracy.
