I bought this upper and it did not come with an allen wrench or a manual. ( not sure if thats standard) My question is; do I need to remove the hand guard/rail from the rifle to move the three attached picitanny rail pieces to new locales? If this is the case, I will assume that a novice should not attempt this due to inexperience and being tooless and clueless:). Please Advise.

Unless there's something going on with this rail I don't know about you just remove the screws and tilt the muzzle down and let the backing plates drop out.

I did search this earlier to no avail...I did just find the answer in the gen. discusion forum that was recently posted. Sweet. Thanks.
