Who makes this knife?

Can you guys help me out? Who makes this knife? I messaged Chuck about it awhile ago, but I know he's a busy guy. I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction! :help:

It's a VTAC Assault knife made by Bladetech I believe. They sold for $150 new from VTAC a few years ago.
