Hey guys - I'm having a hard time finding anything substantial on the lmt enhanced bcg that is supposed to increase dwell time and other stuff. Does anyone have an opinion on it?

Here are a few threads that discuss both the "Enhanced Carrier", the "Enhanced Bolt", and the "Enhanced BCG".

I just started using the LMT enhanced carrier in my 11.5" KAC upper; shooting both suppressed & unsuppressed the rifle locked the bolt back on empty mags every time with the KAC supplied H2 buffer. I may swap in another tungsten weight into the buffer once I get more rounds through the gun.

LMT is dreadfully stingy with information on their web site. You should be able to get this info from the authorities, the folks at LMT via the web site.
