There isn't anything I can add. The pictures speak for themselves.

My father did not serve to defend his own liberties. He served to preserve liberty for his children. My brothers and I did not serve to defend our liberties, we served to defend it for our sons and daughters. They, in their turn, serve to defend this mighty nation and the liberties we enjoy, not for themselves, but for the generations of our family yet to come. It was an awesome responsibility our father passed on to us and I am proud my sons continue the family tradition. I honor my father, my brothers and my sons for the service they have given and continue to give this nation.

It is with the deepest and most profound respect that we honor the memory of those who served especially those who gave all they had so that others would not have to. Let us never forget. Let there always be those who answer the call with the willingness to serve with all their might, for it is they that make us a great nation and a great people

My little guys will be with me at a local cemetery tomorrow, where they honor Veterans with a presentation, patriotic songs, and public speeches. We've been every year since my oldest joined Cub Scouts years ago.

Here's a picture from this Memorial Day Remembrance, of my oldest at the grave site of an MoH awardee at this cemetery, a few years ago. My boys have Autism, so you'll have to forgive his 'variation' on 'parade rest.' I'm trying to help them all understand what this man - and many others - have given, to keep us a free nation.
