Do you have recommendations for any M855 SS109 Level III S/A Titanium Steel Plates in 11x14 XL ESAPI cut profile?

Any links for unrestricted civie sale would be appreciated. I can't afford those $1000-2500+ each plates. Let alone ceramics/fragile types to get damaged with use.

Requirements (Wish):

NIJ rated/certified: Level III Stand Alone Metal - Titanium - Steel Plates

NIJ rated/certified: M855 Multiple (or infinity) Hit (SS109 also if possible)

Size: 11x14 XL profile (ESAPI style profile)

Front Plate: Shooters/Op Cut (Not Swimmer)

Back Plate: Not Shooters/Op Cut for full coverage (rectangle shape, same as ESAPI profile Front Plate but without shooter cuts)

Any links for unrestricted civie sale would be appreciated. Looked at some Safariland- protech, eclipse and velocity systems but haven't found one that meets these criteria.

There are some smaller 10x12 "bargain basement" economy style Titanium Plates by an Amazon seller (by securityprousa) but they don't appear to be M855 SS109 NIJ Level III Certified stand alone multiple hit. Don't know or work for them, links below

Majority of what are listed come in 10x12 and smaller plates, many of which are not rated for M855 multiple hits.

Most plates are ceramic fragile types that are not going to hold up to abuse and use, so I'm ruling the fragile ceramics out.

Have seen the ProTech 10x12 Special Threats plate, but they're only for Credentialed purchase and they're too small. If they came in 11x14 and sold to public at a down to earth economy price it might be the best ticket.

If 11x14 are not available, I'll have to settle for 10x12 Level III S/A Titanium Steel Plates you recommend NIJ rated/certified against multiple hit M855 and if possible SS109.

Hope I've made the post clear, it's well past my bedtime, thanks for your understanding and comments

There are NO titanium or steel plates that meet the requirements you set forth in any size.

There are numerous other plates available that will meet your requirements, quite a few under $1000/plate. The AMI Tac3S seems to meet most of your requirements. Much of this information is noted here: https://www.m4carbine.net/showthread.php?t=32839.

Sir, Thank you for the recommendation, but it looks like the AMI TAC3S with discount code mentioned in thread is not available for civilian purchase.

Perhaps your TAC3S recommended plate would have been an appropriate replacement to 10x12 Paraclete/MSA Level IV SAP Triple Curve Model # TC4C NIJ Standard 0101.04.

Given the average height of our American public, I'm still surprised why the manufacturers do not offer more plates in 11x14 or larger.

AMI does sell to civilians with CCW, EMT, or other vetting.

The Paraclete plate contains ceramic, it is not really like the AMI Tac3S.

For individuals 6 feet or above, 11x14 is a smart way to go, as 10x12 is typically too small...
