Barrett questions

I would like to know about barrel lengths and velocity.
I would like a shorter length barrett, but dont want to sacrifice velocity becuase of length and weight.

Since it's the .50 you're interested in, I'm going to move this to precision rifle, hopefully some of the BMG shooters there will be able to help you.

Most of the .50 Barrett's, while good for some applications, have not exactly been "precision" rifles...

M95 is a bullpup version. same 29" barrel, so same velocity, but quite a bit shorter.



to echo DocGKR's comment, my M95 was capable of shooting pretty well, but it wasn't in the same league as some of my other rifles. I would characterize it as 1MOA with good ammo, 2-3 MOA with ball.
