Many other manufacturers could learn a lot from DD when it comes to customer service.
I maintain a few ARs (DDs, Colts and LMTs). Most are equipped with T1s on DD mounts.
I managed to mangle a clamp screw and another guy "lost" one of his (:rolleyes:).
Joe and Jeff took care of this and we had replacements in hand in less than a week.
It is amazing they took the time to answer my measly request despite the major surge in weapons demand and the current expansion of their facilities.
