Finally got to shoot my new 6920! Opportunity, decent weather and the availability of my kid's girlfriend's father, who is fun to shoot with, all crossed this weekend and I am one happy camper. Nice and sweet and smooth fun-to-use firearm, yup. I learned the manual of arms in general terms on my DPMS .308 carbine, which is a beast, and as it turns out quite unlike the Colt in terms of slick. I can tell that I'm going to have to start assembling handloading stuff as soon as I get done with buying spares. I have a Blue Force Gear VCAS sling for it so far. I'm gonna stick with a KISS format so I can better afford ammo!
