I looked into this a while back. This sounds like them, given the descriptions of their manufacturing techniques and military contracts:

Nothing about their sights though. Maybe try sending an email.

ETA I just watched the video on their site and it shows a guy assembling Matech sights, so there you go.

Not through their website, but I've seen them listed on CTD or the like. I have one that came with my Colt, it's a great BUIS but I haven't used it out past 200m.
