Any old Rangers Spec- ops or Spooks out there from the 80s/90s remember the Richard Batson Ranger knives? He was the offical knife maker for the Rangers'in the 80s and provided some serious professional instruments to people in the Special Operations community. I have two of his knives, a large and small Ranger knife. I can't find out any information on him. Does anyone know if he is still around or have any information regarding him I would like to find one of his double edge fighting daggers.

If you google his name there is a link that comes up to blade forums and they post a phone # for him. I'll ask around on a couple of knife boards I post on and see if I can come up with anything.

I'm not coming up with anything, a few people know of him but know one knows if he is still making knives. I'll let you know if I find out anything else.

How do you mean? Right now I'm only doing fixed blades, saving money to get all the materials together for folders. Mainly using 154CM. CPM S30V, or O1.
