After reading the Swat magazine article by Pat Rogers on the Bravo Companies "Filthy 14" I recently did a build with a EAG Upper from Bravo.
It said in the article that EAG also did tests on Lwrc, S&W MP, LMT, Colt. I'm curious how those held up in respect to parts breakage and wear. Mostly on the Lwrc as it's a piston design and I was wondering if it was able to go 30,000 rounds with no cleaning and just lube. Did carrier tilt appear?
I would think this type of test would either make or break the piston design.
