I am taking my first Carbine 1 class next month and I just found out it is suggested I have a mounted light on my carbine.
Can someone point me in the direction of a mount and light? My 16 inch carbine has a MOE hanguard with a low profile block with a flip up front sight and no rails. I think I would rather have the light mounted under the barrel but the only option I can find mounts to the FSB which my weapon does not feature.

Thanks in advance

A quick search leads to these:

Yes I am familiar with the search button. Unfortunately those threads did not address my request. Specifically I am looking for assistance in finding a product to mount a light under the barrel (6 o'clock) but does not attach to a FSB like the elzetta 1500.

I use a short rail section a 1inch ring and a g2. I mount on the upper handguard. The lower throws a shadow right across my poa at close range.

I have ordered a iwc (see ad above) that will move the light forward and around 11o'clock. Haven't tried or gotten it yet

Thanks for the PM.

BSR 1 barrel rail mount will do the trick.
