Which AR wiggles the least when fired? Which company uses the tightest building tolerances to insure zero play? Who makes the AR that is the least AK-esque? And does this AR also have the smoothest recoil, or is that unrelated to wobble?

Thanks

I don't think you're going to get the response you'd like on this board. It's considered a non issue here.

I think a better question would be....why does it matter?

Upper/lower reciever play and tight tolerances do not matter as far as reliability go. In fact, one could argue that tighter tolerances make a rifle LESS reliable.

Play between the upper & lower does not matter to reliability or accuracy as long as it's within tolerance (which is pretty generous). The tolerance that does matter is between bolt, barrel extension & barrel (chamber, bore & crown)

I am curious; what kind of AR are you using now? How does it perform for you?
