The Pyser Bino's are excellent. they are made with great glass and are very rugged. I have used them for several years. In my current line of work, I don't particularly use the Mil Reticule in them but, the overall function of the optic is excellent. They have fantastic low light ability and are as clear as some of the binos I own that cost twice as much.

Here is the link to PDF, from Pyser: http://www.pyser-sgi.com/images/thumbnails/Defence_Files/E8%20x%2042RM%20binoculars%201.pdf

Hope that helps.

Thanks for the link. Is the mil range option easy to use and understand?

The tick marks are 10 mils apart so, if you can work a mils reticule in a scope, you can work this one. It is very similar to the setup that you will find in a set of Steiner Commander Bino's.
