KX3 on a 14.5" 300Blackout. Too much gas?

Building a 300BLK upper for a sub-200yd medium game hunting rig. What are the chances of a K3X adding to much gas in a 300BLK 14.5" with carbine gas sys? Gun runs an H2 buffer and Springco Blue spring. Get an adj gas block maybe??. Barrel will be a Black Hole weaponry but I dont know yet what size port they use.

None. A 14.5" 300 BLK with carbine gas system can't be overgassed, the port is almost as big as the ID of the gas tube.

Black hole weaponry will have a gas port size somewhere between .085"-.100". I spoke with them Friday regarding the matter.

As for the KX3 overgassing it...no worries. There are lots of folks using that setup, with no issue. I've seen several pistol builds (mine included) utilizing the 300 blk/with kx3 and no problems

It won't be overgassed. After all, the rifle is not overgassed with a suppressor.
