Now that its clear that a very large/significant minority of American's are wide open to the democratic parties unfolding marxist/Leninist(Communism/Socialism)intentions, what are your feelings on becoming collectivists, as opposed to rugged individualists?

The above link is to an article that deals "softly" with Mr Obama's shiny new campaign slogan, like all of the "Sovietesque" artwork, and rhetoric from his first campaign, its no coincidence how/why team Obama chose one of the most popular marching slogans in the pantheon of Marxist/Leninism!

You're taking to the extreme, and I find it unlikely to get that far. Whatever ideas they are unfolding, the history lesson is that the economic collapse due to collectivism was what ended the Comblock. On the other hand, Marxist governments that made it alive (i.e. China) did so by easing into a capitalism. Only blind can't see this, and I am sure if Lenin and Co. had another go-around at it, they would not enforce collectivism as they had done it.

I think more relevant question is what level of taxation, direct or hidden, will be tolerated by individual taxpayers here.

Obama has been an open communist for a while now. Only people who have their head in the sand or are plain stupid haven't figured it out by now. Look at what he told "Joe the plumber" the last election! He openly spouted communist ideology and still easily won.
