FULL PAYMENT OF ALL COURSE FEES, LODGING FEES, OR OTHER ASSOCIATED FEES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF TRAINING (07-24-12)
THESE FUNDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UPON RECEIPT.
