Anyone have any experience with this color? I'm trying to get a good match with either an E-Mod or a CTR, and a Tango Down battle grip. Lauer's website shows all of the available colors, but I suspect my monitor isn't rendering it faithfully. Anyone have any experience with this shade or something that matches as closely as possible the TD and VLTOR colors?

You should pm grant- he gets things CeraKoted in a green that matches Vltor/TD/Magpul perfectly.

No. My guy at parabellum matched the cerakote on the metal with Duracoat for the polymer mags and grip on my AK.

Would it be possible for you to share a little info aboout your guy at parabellum?

I hve finished guns in cerakote, guncoat and Moly but time is something that I don't have enough of and coating a gun can take a while. It would be good to have a good coating guy.

I believe so- there are 2 types of CeraKote; one that cures at room temp, and one that bakes on. I have called these guys before but never had work done by them:

I would go with a Ceramic based coating over a polymer based one any day...spend a little extra and lasts a lot longer.

Sure. Their phone number is (502) 759-4010. Their website is www.parabelluminc.com The partners are Steve and Eric. They do great work. They are not the cheapest, but to me it's worth a few extra dollars for quality. A plus for me is they are local and I don't have to ship so that's a good savings right there. Here are a couple of pic's on 2 of my rifles they did.
