I received this excellent holster in the last days of January. It quickly became my primary CCW holster for my 1911's. It's SUPER comfortable.... arguably even more comfortable than my Milt Sparks VM2 (gasp!). I feel like I can definitely say it's more "stable" because of the suede and it's "grip" on to your undershirt & body (it has more friction than say, the smooth finished leather of the inside of the VM2).
It's stable, it's super comfortable, and I honestly haven't worn it in 2 months. 2 months ago I converted to appendix carry in a different holster and I love AIWB now. So this hasn't been worn since mid-May and it needs to find an appreciative home.
Via the allen screws you can adjust the cant & ride height of the holster. So it's very customizable to the individual user (I've got it set to the height I like, and canted at about 15degrees currently).
The only flaw with the holster: referencing image #1, the "slide side" of the stitching that attaches the kydex to the leather backer... the top 2-3 stitches broke when I was "rolling" the kydex in to a softer lip/edge for reholstering. I wasn't paying attention, but it hasn't affected the holster in terms of usability or anything. Just a full disclosure that a few of the top stitches there are blown.
