That's some version of a Mosin-Nagant M1891, with M4 stock, accessory rails, VFG, and optic. Now who has time to sit around and think of this stuff? Prolly somebody in Kalifornia trying to make a bolt-action assault rifle that will survive any gun ban. Could be the wave of the future!

That barrel looks a mite shorter than 16". Unless I'm missing something, would that rifle not be an SBR?

Check Arcom there was a guy who drew up diagrams using the angle of the stock and the angle of the barrel showing actual technical data on it. It was pretty funny.

A 20mm Vulcan barrel (#5 of 6 IIRC)

2 pieces of aluminum angle JB'd together

A MI 12" rifle length railed handguard

Sten receiver tube cut for Mosin's bolt travel

Sten stock
