Any Colt experts out there? I have two brand new uppers that I'm trying to get some information and possibly what they're worth. I'm not sure if they're hard to come by and I'm getting conflicting info. I read here (http://archery.ar15.com/archive/topic.html?b=2&f=29&t=142614) that only 134 of those were made, but those were actually big hole uppers, and mine is standard size and comes with a large hole lower receiver adapter. Just wondering the history behind these guys and if it's worth any more because of the 7/2004 production date. The barrel does not have a production date on it.

Any info? Just a standard colt upper?

Thanks in advance.

My guess is that it is a AWB era replacement upper.

my guess is that it would only be "worth" something to small subset of Colt Collectors. Look around on the net for fair market value of the same configuration upper and that is what it is worth to the majority of people.
