Help - How to sell RC M&P9c holster?

I'm really sorry for this thread, I searched as many key words I could to figure this out but couldn't find any useful information.

I'm trying to post my M&P9c Raven Phantom holster for sell in the equipment exchange but it wont allow me to create a new thread there. Am I missing something?

I know people would be interested and I'm trying to understand the forum rules that might be preventing me from doing this.

Any help is appreciated.

If Im not mistaken you need at least 30 posts to sell something in EE and 300 to participate in the General Discussion sub forum

That seems to be what is happening, do you know if that is listed anywhere officially? I'm trying to avoid spamming a bunch of responses just to be able to sell something.

I doubt anyone is going to be over riding it. It is what it is. The rules have nothing to do with him. He was just the Mod that posted it at the time.
