An led does not light.a voltmeter indicates 0 volts across the led, what cause this to happen.?
will it be the led is open, current- limiting resistor is open,open ground,or short to ground between the current-limiting resistor and the Led.

it's open down stream of the LED.. one side or the other.. Keep backing up until you get a voltage.. Ron
