My apologies if this has been covered but I was not able to find anything via search.
What are the regulations around inheritance of SBRs, SBSs, FA and suppressors?
I assume the registered owners designated beneficiaries will need to complete 'zee paperwork' in order to legally inherit the good stuff?
What happens to the firearms if there was no solid plan and the spouse has no clue what to do? (Assuming spouse has full control of all possessions and the firearms were not designated to anyone in the will). Is the spouse of the deceased then committing a felony at that point by possessing them or is there a "grace period" to sort it out?
