+1 on Grants suggestion, try to get the newer Surefire "SOCOM" version however.

If your class 3 dealer has it in stock, you need payment/copy of trust/money order or check for $200 (NFA Stamp fee)/ID and most importantly patience. After payment your dealer sends everything to the ATF NFA branch. At the top of my head can not think of anything else.
