Hey guys, I am trying to find a light mount that is similar to the one in this photo:

I am not sure if that is something Surefire-specific, but I am looking for something like it that is NOT an offset design, has some type of provision for being easily removed (without tools), and is preferably made out of metal. My flashlight's housing is 1" in diameter, so if it accommodates 1" diameter lights that would be great. Anyway, if anybody could point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it, thanks!

I'm not 100% sure but the light in that pic looks like a Surefire M951XM07. Mount is build into the flashlight.

As for the mount, I have one by Surefire (althought I can't seem to find it on SF's website.) I was able to fit my Blackhawk Gladius on it and it mounts to the rail via single thumbscrew.

Hope this helps.

BTW, my AR is a work in progress :D

That mount is built into the surefire M951 series of lights…

Any of the venders in the market place should be able to help…

Thanks for the insight guys! I think I am going to try one of these options from Vltor:

I think the C-Series will fit my light and if it is a bit loose then I will shim it with something. Thanks!
