So, i recently sold a Mesa Tactical stock setup for a Mossberg to someone in Canada. I just got a notice that it was seized by ICE as a "rifle component"
My understanding is that shotgun components are exportable, but rifle parts arent as easily.
Can anyone shed light on this? I have been searching on google for days with no luck. I have called them back, but they have been out of the office since Friday, due back on Tuesday. I would like to get this guy his stuff if possible.
