How to change USP variant

I just purchased a used HK USP 45 that is DAO. I want to run the pistol SA/DA to see what I prefer. I was wondering what I need to change it from DAO to SA/DA and if this is something I can do myself or need a gunsmith to do. And if I can do it myself can I purchase everything from HK parts. I would like to use the HK match trigger. Any help or info is gratefully appreciated

I don't know this information off the top of my head but I'm sure more than a few do over there. I believe all the USP variants can be converted though.

It sounds like you have an LEM model, trust me when you get used to it you'll prefer it over DA/SA.
