I have not bought anything directly from BC, however, I just picked up a 11.5 upper from G&R Tactical, and I have to say, I am VEEERRRRYYYY impressed. Now hopefully I can get an department PO together to get more.

Not so good so far.....10 days to ship an in-stock upper, then it was received damaged(package not damaged)..then BCM wants to inspect the upper before they'll send out the replacement.

I recently purchased a bunch of stuff from Bravo Company USA. I received my items in two days flat! Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised by the quick shipping. Some dealers like to sit on their butt for a day or two before shipping your stuff but not Bravo Company USA. I will certainly order from this great dealer again. Bravo!!! :)

Most online dealers do a pretty good job of processing orders quickly. Bravo Inc. is no exception. Where a company stands out is how they deal with an issue.
I ordered a product from Bravo which I had to return during Xmas season. I emailed an inquiry after returning it, explaining that I was going to be out of town during my break and had hoped to use the product by then. Bravo not only overnighted the product to me at the address I'd be at, but also sent a bunch of free stuff too. Email was answered the same day even during the busy holiday season.
I couldn't help but be impressed and will always use them when I can. Thanks Paul!
PS I'm calling the item a "product" only because I'm not entirely sure it was defective. I emailed initially asking to send it in for inspection. I received an immeadite reply offering a refund or exchange.

My order wasn't what I would consider being "special", it was a fairly low dollar amount but yet I was treated as though I spent a million.
I received a hat with my order and it, like the parts I ordered, are of excellent craftsmanship!

I've placed 5 orders with Bravo Company in 2008 (totaling $793.34, according to my account with them), and have had outstanding results every time. They're always quick to ship, great email notification, and good customer service.
My most recent order was just a couple days ago (on the 24th) for a PRS stock and 5 Lancer mags. I expected to see a delay, with all of the frenzied buying going on, but I received a ship notification from them and UPS the following day, Nov 25th. Delivery is scheduled for 12/1, following the holiday break. Can't beat that!
Bravo continues to remain the first vendor I go to, whenever I need something for my rifles. I'll definitely be doing more business with them in the coming 2 months!

Ordered 2 Milspec Stock Kits at about 9am and shipped out at 4pm (local EST). Phenomenal order turnaround in such a busy time.
All I can say is WOW!. I placed my order on Thursday Dec. 4th and I get it today on December 6th! The Mil-Spec Stock Mounting Hardware kit is great and recommending it to friends who are doing their own builds.

You got a flag hat with yours? In all the uppers I got from them, I never got a flag hat. :(
But if that's the only complaint I have, that's good. I've purchased 4 BCM midlength uppers and 2 BCM M4 uppers from them, and they're flawless every time. Oh yeah, and the 2 BCGs. Those are perfect too. Can't ask for much more than that.

Got my upper today direct from Bravo Co along with the CH I ordered, and it came with a nice hat. Then I went to my FFL to pick up my BCM complete lower and that came with a hat as well. The fit finish on everything is outstanding. Now as soon as I get a BCM F/A BCG I'll be in business. Waiting on the BCG's to be in stock to order the rear sight for my build at the same time.

Have made several smallish purchases from BCM, (receiver ext setup, buffers, bolt carrier group, charging handles, small parts), and all have arrived very quickly with excellent packaging and communication throughout. What really prompts me to leave this feedback is that I recently purchased a second hand but unused BCM 20" Upper Receiver Group and slapped it on a built lower I had waiting. This rifle is shooting cheap ammo into groups that mostly can be covered with a quarter if I stay steady. I love it! Not only is BCM tops on the list for customer service but their products are second to none in my book. You guys are rad.

My Bravo Co USA orders have been shipped quickly and no mistakes. They even sent me a free hat one time! However, it seems that a lot of stuff on their website is continually out of stock which is disappointing.
Latest order was on a Sunday evening....in my hands Thursday afternoon :D.
Several orders now with no problems.
If you ever expanded your product line to include parts for other rifles/pistols you could be the one of the biggest in the industry.
A lot of companies could learn a lot from the way you guys do business.

There is a link to an order form pdf on their site, do you not see it? You mail the form in with a copy of your FFL and USPS money order.
I am very happy with my carbine.
As for the customer service.
My hammer pin broke, I emailed them on a saturday yes I said saturday morning and had an answer right back within minutes then they mailed me a new one out priority mail I received it a couple of days later. I am most certinaly going to buy more products from this company as they stand by there stuff and have exceptional customer service.:)

I am currently deployed to Afghanistan and not long ago I ordered a BCM gunfighter-charging handle to my house so it could be shipped out to me. The package was lost in the USPS. I wrote Paul and he had a new one shipped out to me the next day free of charge.

Just found this thread or I would have posted a long time ago. Bravo Company? What haven't I bought from these guys. FAST shipping always, first class gear, fast responses, they stand by their stuff. I have bought uppers, BCG's, stocks, gas blocks, and many, many other things. Their price is always a little lower than everyone else too. I started buying a few things from them then quickly realized that these guys are the best and should be the first place. They are now my go-to place. If they don't have it then I begin to look elsewhere. I once had a MI gas block crack. Called MI and they never got back to me. Called BCM and they gave full refund. Little do they know I spent it right back with them. Rare great combo of excellent customer service, fast shipping, lowest pricing, and quality products that they stand by.
They're not always the cheapest but I'm often willing to pay a little more because I know it is in stock and will be shipped quickly and if I have an issue they will square it away.

I noticed that most first class gear has a set price everywhere. In my experience with BCM they always beat it by at least a few bucks. They even threw in a free hat with my upper. AWESOME.
BCM has been getting a lot of my disposable income of late, and they have always came through with great products at reasonable prices. I bought a complete upper from them last month, and bought both a BCG and a Gunfighter Mod 4 from third party shops.
Yesterday I bought a Surefire from them. They shipped it today. Damn good business.
I finally made my first order with BCM a couple of weeks ago. I placed my order around 0700 and at 1200 on the dot I received an e-mail that my order had shipped. Overall I was very impressed and I will certainly do business with BCM again.

I was lucky to order everything for a BCM upper from BCUSA and I ordered a BCM lower from G&R Tactical. Like peanut butter and chocolate, my BCM upper and lower came together for the first time last night. This is my first AR and I'm glad I waited and researched for 3 years. The quality and workmanship of this fine tool is PHE-NO-MEN-AL to say the least.
I shoot all of my guns, but this one is just beautiful that I want to hang it on my wall for art.
I can't wait to shoot it this weekend.

I ordered a BFH 14.5 middy upper with DD LITE 12 and pinned comp on Friday morning, received an email Friday evening notifying me that it had been shipped. Same day! It arrived at my door on Tuesday. I could not be happier with it, rail is perfectly aligned, clean weld on the pinned comp, absolutely no complaints. Paul knows what he is doing and this is a product that I could bet my life on. Thank you BCM!

I recieved my BCM 16" Carbine M4 profile upper this morning and picked my BCM complete lower today. Everything looks perfect. So far I am very satisfied.
I purchased them from G&R Tactical.
I won't be able to get it out to the range till this coming weekend so this week better go fast

Well, my association with Bravo started off on a high note
After getting my BCM Blem lower from G&R last week I decided to get the BCM Mid Length BFF upper assembly to go with it
G&R was out so I ordered one direct from Bravo
Placed the order on my iPhone Friday morning while waiting for my wife to come out so we could drive to work
While I was eating lunch my iPhone blipped and here was a shipping confirmation from Bravo
6 hours was all it took to get my order in the pipeline

The package showed up here in Alaska today and it was Christmas II

I've bought a dozen or so items from Bravo Co. since my first purchase in 2009 and every transaction has been great. They have some of the best customer service in the business, fast shipping and excellent commo.
My most recent purchases were my second BCM BFH 16" Mid-Length Upper with an BCM BCG, BCM Mod4 Gunfighter Charging Handle and a 10 pack of USGI mags w/Magpul followers. I received my order in two days. I also purchased my second BCM Lower but i bought it from G & R Tactical because i wanted an Magpul ASAP plate installed and BCM doesn't do this type of work.
I would have bought the lower from BCM and installed the plate myself but i don't have my workbench set up at this time. I can't say enough good things about Bravo Co. and i recommend them to everyone looking for an AR carbine. Keep up the good work and a big thank you to everyone at Bravo Co. I'm saving for another purchase as i type.

Just made my first order with BCM, a BCM BCG. Placed last night, shipped this morning.
I'm very happy so far. I am now the proud owner of a BCM 14.5" with a pinned BattleComp, and a BCM complete lower! I'm in love. The finish isn't exact, but who cares!!

Ordered a 14.5" BCM mid-length with a pinned A2X and BCM charging handle a couple weeks ago.
The website says to allow an extra 1-2 days for processing if you're getting a pinned muzzle device, but it must be more like 1-2 hours. I ordered on a Thurs evening and it was in my hands by Tues afternoon.
And the freebies in the box were awesome too. :D

I referenced the order number that was cancelled in my e-mail .
I tried calling the phone number for a couple of days no one ever answered .
They lost a sale . Since I could not get an answer I bought a barrel from somebody else . I did wait for a response .
This is the only avenue I have to let people know how they treated Me .
Can't say enough about BCM. Absolutely love my upper. Ordered a bunch of stuff from them with it and it all came super quick.
Ordered 10 more mags late Sunday night / early Monday and they arrived today. Amazingly enough that was the longest I've waited on anything from them and that's still super fast as far as I'm concerned!

Will say their notification emails are hard to beat. Whenever something is hard to get, sign up, wait, and as long as you have a smartphone you should be GTG if you order right away. Only issue is if you sign up for a few items, then don't need it anymore -- tough to stop the reflex and suddenly you end up with an extra BCG. :smile:
A Tale of Two Vendors:
On Sunday Dec. 16th I ordered 20 Ar Mags:
10 - 30 Rd BCM mags from Bravo Company and 10- 20 rd Lancer AWM's from another Company 10 minutes later. Both Companies acknowledged my orders received electronically within minutes. Both Companies charged my CC within hours.
On Monday Dec. 17th, Bravo Co. shipped my Mags. The other Company changed my status to pending shipment.
Today, Fri. Dec. 21st, I received my mags, in good order from Bravo Company. And today the other company notified me they shipped my mags.
Excellent service, as usual from Bravo Company, but considering the current buying frenzy, it is simply outstanding.
Just wish you guys carried Lancer Mags ;)

Even in today's market they are shipping lightening fast. I got a nice email from them requesting a confirmation of my address on Friday. I couldn't catch them before they closed, but they gave a short window on Saturday I could call. They answered on the second ring and the lady that answered the phone was friendly and efficient. I can't wait to try out the two barrels I ordered.
I ordered my stock assembly from BCM and it got here in four business days. I ordered it in the middle of the panic. Can't say the same for other retailers I ordered from.
I ordered from BCM on Tuesday. I saw the polite request for patience due to the panic buying. I expected a longer wait time, but I was OK with it.
The box was on my desk at work the next day! It helps that I'm 2 hours down the road from them, but damn!
About a year ago I placed an order with a company which shall not be named for a complete upper to finish off my build. I was told there would be a three to five week wait then I'd have my upper. At the two month mark I acted on the advice of a knowledgeable and friendly LGS owner. I cancelled my standing order and placed a new one with BCM...they called me to confirm my order in a half hour and I had my upper in three days. In the months I've had that upper I've put 1400 rounds through it with only one FTFeed...with cheap wolf. Thank God for cool LGS owners and BCM.
I too would like to say how impressed I am over the BCM products. I happened to see, and purchase a BCM upper 2 weeks ago. Not sure how it happened to be in stock, but I jumped on it while waiting for my Noveske upper to arrive. The entire process was smooth, extremely fast shipping and a great product. All the extra schwag included was also a bonus.

Upon Eric Kincel's departure from Vltor I've been wondering where he might land, should he decide not to take up full-time fishing, or touring the U.S. in an RV. Since much of the BCM hardware is from Vltor, perhaps he'll land in WI.
Everything I've ordered comes with a quickness, even in this recent unpleasantness. My latest order I was a bit upset when I got a 7.62 BCM Gunfighter charging handle instead of the 5.56 I KNEW I ordered....until I looked at the receipt and realized two things. I got what I ordered and don't make anymore 4 a.m. orders before I've had my coffee. Derp. :D

Even though Bravo Company is located in Wisconsin, Paul Buffoni (Pres./CEO) has started a second satellite facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. The LV facility is nothing more than a “Skunk Works”, or a location for Research and Development for the future BCM Gunfighter product line.
This recent move from Tucson was a major decision for my wife and I, but we are excited about the future and the possibilities. I look forward to working with and staying in contact with all my friends and supporters for years to come.

Through this craziness I have ordered about 6 different things in two days from BCM. Things would be in stock so I would order then something else would come in stock so I would order it later. Like I said about 6 different times. It sucks having to pay shipping for everything seperate but they ship FAST. They say give them a few weeks to ship items but everything I ordered shipped the next day. Needless to say if they have it in stock I will buy from them first. I used to shop at primary arms first as try have great service too but I don't like paying sales tax haha.

This will come as no surprise to those that deal with BCM but I wanted to post a public thank you for their great service.
I purchased a Mod 3 Gunfighter Charging handle for an SBR build. It sat in a box for almost a year while I function tested the lower, had it engraved and went through the NFA process.
When I got my Stamp and assembled the upper, I found that the charging handle latch did not function properly. BCM quickly issued me an RA and I sent it in. A few days later I received an email that a new Mod 3 was on the way.

I just received my order, ord.# 382416, placed 17 May and as usual all parts were present and accounted for and packed well so none were damaged. I had placed an earlier order, ord.# 375327 on 25 Apr. which was for a BCM BFH 16" Mid-Length Upper w/ BCM BCG and Gunfighter CH but waited until now to leave feedback.

Another outstanding transaction with Bravo Company U.S.A. I placed an order for a FDE B5 Enhanced SOPMOD Stock 18 July and like clockwork my stock arrived 22 July. My stock was well packed and protected from the folks at USPS and fits on my BCM mil-spec receiver extension easy but locks up tight with no movement.

My BCM Middy 14.5" is nothing short of phenomenal. They put a great product with excellent customer service to back it.
When I order from BCM I know I am buying a whole lot of quality for not a whole lot more money than the lesser brands and more quality for less money than the overpriced brands.
Wanted to leave a shout out to BCM. Had a busted bolt/screw on a gas key. They sent me a return shipper and had back to me in five days, with a new carrier not just a new screw, including Labor day. Out Standing......:dance3:

Shout out to BCM. I ordered all necessary parts for a complete upper receiver build, sans barrel and gas block which I already had, from them. All parts came within the week, in excellent condition. Their "blemish/display" uppers have barely a mark on them and look better than some brand new ones I've seen.
Also ordered a B5 Enhanced SOPMOD in black.
