Got a BCM blem upper for sale. The blem is a scuff on the top rail. When installing the forward assist, I slipped using my "specialty tool" and got some marks on the upper too. It has never actually been assembled into a working rifle, it's had a barrel in it but the upper was never completed. They sell for $80 + shipping from BCM...
