AAC Brakeout questions

If i were to get a AAC Brakeout for a 5.56 threaded 1/2x28 would a 762 SDN-6 fit that adapter? I have read some conflicting information over the web, some say that there is a 762 adapter that is threaded 1/2x28 and then some say the 5.56 one works fine.

End state is being able to run my 762 SND-6 on both a 556 gun and a 762.

Aslong as you get a 51T mount, it will work whether its 5.56 or 7.62.

Yes, it will work. I've got two AR15s that I use with 5.56mm 51 tooth mounts that I use with my SDN6.
